We will study in depth the use of the body through postures from the First Ashtanga Series, breathwork and how to unify them to create your own meditation space. In addition, how to facilitate that experience to others with the most effective adjustment techniques and class management.
At the end of the program, you will have the skills, motivation and community to make your yoga practice independent and facilitate high quality classes to the entire population. The course is endorsed by the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa school founded by the legendary David Kyle. And certification entails international accreditation under Yoga Alliance.

In Manu's 10+ years of experience, he has been developing a ¨realistic and for the people¨ method so that in this way everyone can get the most out of the practice without having to incur in dogmas, but instead taking it to your culture. and your way of being.
